A record-keeper, not a school

Archiva for Home keeps the year you already teach. It does not assign curriculum, file with a state, or sit between you and your cover school.

Paper planners do not travel. Spreadsheets store numbers and then refuse to become a transcript. Most “homeschool LMS” software was a classroom tool with the roster stripped down, still talking like a district.

Archiva for Home is the other direction: parent-first, one family, the work and the official record from the same entries. Grades are percentages. Letters are a projection. Attendance is a calendar. The PDFs are what you already typed.

Cover schools and umbrellas have a different job — roster, membership, letters on letterhead — so they have a different product, Archiva for Associations. The two do not share a student table. That is on purpose.

Archiva LLC operates the service. Governing law is South Carolina. The boring documents are the Terms and Privacy Policy. Product questions live in the Archiva for Home FAQ and the Archiva for Associations FAQ.
