It will not turn weighted grades into a letter, keep a year-to-date attendance count against your state's required days, or print a transcript that looks like a school document. A paper planner does not travel well, and it does not become a PDF. Archiva for Home does the daily work and the official record from the same notes.

Yes, if you want. You enable login per student, share a link or QR code, and optionally set a PIN. You choose whether they see assignments, grades, and attendance, and whether their “done” counts as yours. They never reach the parent app.

Yes. Invite them by email from Settings. They sign in with that address — including if they already use Archiva for Associations on the same email.

You enter points (or an overall mark). Archiva stores the raw percentage and projects letters, GPA, and pass/fail from the grading scheme you pick. Letters are a display, not a second set of books. Weighted categories are supported; empty or excused work does not quietly inflate a grade.

Open Attendance, pick a student, and click a day on the month grid. It cycles present → half day → absent → clear. Year-to-date totals build toward the day count you set for your state. There is a “mark all present today” shortcut when the whole house was in school.

Report cards, high-school transcripts, and attendance logs — generated as PDFs and kept in document history so you can download them again. Grades on those documents come from the same percentages you already entered.

A card starts a 14-day free trial, then $79/year or $8/month. Unlimited students in the family. Cancel anytime; your records stay put while the account exists. An association or ops grant can cover a year with no card.

You add a card at the end of setup. The first 14 days are free, then the plan you chose bills automatically. After a cancellation the account becomes read-only — you can still see and export what you already have.

No. Family school records are not an ad business. See the Privacy Policy for what is collected, what processors we use (hosting, auth, billing, email), and how to ask for a copy or deletion.

Canceling stops billing; it does not immediately wipe the archive. Download PDFs from Reports while you still can. If you want the account erased, write support and we follow the Privacy Policy.
