The product

  • What is Archiva for Associations?

Archiva for Associations is the staff product for homeschool cover schools and umbrellas: a roster, membership paperwork, transcripts and letters on your letterhead, and an optional member portal. It does not share rows with a family’s homeschool gradebook. Families who want a planner keep Archiva for Home; the association keeps its own books.

  • Who is it for?

Association staff who already run membership, intake, and paperwork — usually from a Google Form, a spreadsheet, and a mail merge. It is not the family gradebook.

  • How do member families apply?

Each association can publish a public intake page at /join/their-slug. Applicants submit there. Staff review, request fixes, and approve from their workspace — without a Google Form plus a spreadsheet plus a mail merge.

  • Do the two Archiva products share a student list?

No. Archiva for Associations keeps its own roster. It does not share student rows with Archiva for Home. An optional family link is consent-gated and does not mint staff.

  • Does Archiva for Associations file with a state?

No. Staff generate transcripts and letters on the association's letterhead. Archiva does not file those documents with a state or district, and it is not legal advice.

Plans and billing

  • What does Archiva for Associations cost?

Plans are banded by roster size: up to 150, up to 500, or 500+ students. The price is shown at association checkout. Archiva for Home billing is separate — a member family who also uses Archiva at home pays their own Home plan.
