A roster that is not a sheet
Households and students by school year. Membership status, open tasks, contact info — without the version named Final_v7.
Archiva for Associations
A Google Form, a spreadsheet, and a mail merge — usually one part-time person. Archiva for Associations is that job, with a tenant of its own.
Staff workspace
Pending applications sit next to active members. Open tasks (a missing form, a transcript request) stay on the household — not in someone's inbox named “to file.”
This roster is not the family gradebook. A member family can keep Archiva for Home; the association keeps its own books. The two do not share rows.

Publish /join/your-slug. Families apply there. Staff review, send back blockers, and approve from one workspace.
Transcripts and letters the association already issues, generated instead of merged. Email from the staff Google account when you are ready.
Optional portal so families see their own status and requests — not everyone else's roster.
Bands at checkout: up to 150, up to 500, or 500+ students. The dollar amount is on that screen — it is not mixed into Archiva for Home. Member families who also want a planner and gradebook subscribe on their own.

Archiva for Associations is billed by roster size. Staff sign-up is on this side — not the family trial.
